What is your returns policy?
We want you to feel confident about shopping with us, and so we offer a 30-day returns policy. That way, you have plenty of time to return your order if something’s not quite right.
If your jewellery is eligible for return, it must be returned unworn and in pristine condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for return or exchange. We also ask that you return your jewellery with the original tag still attached, or included in your parcel. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on the following products:
Engraved items
Bespoke and special orders
Resized items
Our operations team will need to assess your piece before we can accept your return. The assessment process usually takes between seven and ten days.
