Got a ring with a plain band (not set with diamonds)? You can resize it up or down by two sizes for free. Remember, though, you will need to request your resizing within 30 days of getting your ring. If you're looking at a bigger change, more than two sizes, there's a fee of £69.
Now, if your ring is set with diamonds on the band, resizing might not be as easy. No worries, we'll assess your ring and see if a resizing can happen or if a remake is needed. In both cases, that same £69 fee comes into play.
Eternity rings
Full Eternity Rings: Since the setting of full eternity rings is quite unique, resizing isn't possible, unfortunately. If you've got your heart set on a different size, you can explore an exchange within 30 days of getting your ring. Just contact our team, and we'll talk through the options together.
Half and Three-Quarter Eternity Rings: These rings also have a special setting, which can make resizing a bit tricky. We'll take a look and see if resizing can work or if a remake is needed. The price will depend on how the sizes vary, but we'll start at a minimum charge of £69.
Wedding rings
If your ring doesn't have diamonds, we've got resizing covered! You can go two sizes up or down for free – just ask within 30 days of receiving your ring. But if you're looking at a bigger change, like more than two sizes, there's a £69 fee. Our team will take a look and tell you the cost upfront.
