Delivery and Returns
When you place an order with Sacet, you can look forward to receiving your jewellery in packaging that's both safe and sustainable. We take the extra step to insure all our shipments for a seamless experience.
We take great pride in crafting each and every piece of jewellery by hand, right in our workshop nestled in the heart of Surat, India. Because of this hands-on approach, it does take a bit of time to bring your unique jewellery to life. Generally, you can expect your jewellery to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the moment you place your order. Delivery timelines will be showcased during checkout based on your delivery address.
Is there a delivery cost ?
When it comes to our UK customers, we're thrilled to offer complimentary delivery on all orders. And if you're ordering from abroad and your total comes to £500 or more, the delivery fees are complimentary too.
For our international customers with orders under £500, a delivery fee will be applied. If your delivery is headed to Europe, the fee will be £35. If it's outside of Europe, the fee will be £55.
How will my order be delivered ?
If you're shopping from within the UK, you can expect your order to be delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD.
For our international customers, your orders will make their way to you through trusted carriers like UPS or DHL.
Is my order insured during delivery ?
We want you to shop with confidence! Rest assured that your package is fully insured against any losses, damages, or theft. This coverage stays in place until the moment you sign for your parcel, ensuring your peace of mind throughout the entire journey.
What packaging will my order arrive in ?
Our shipping boxes adhere to a straightforward yet secure policy: they're low-key on the outside, while elegant on the inside.
This approach ensures that the external packaging doesn't give away our brand name, or any hints about diamonds, gold, or jewelry. We do this intentionally to avoid drawing attention to the valuable items within.
Inside, however, it’s a different story. Your jewellery will be beautifully presented in our Sacet packaging and jewellery box.
Can I change the delivery address ?
Of course, we want to make things as convenient as possible for you! If you'd like, you can have your order sent to a different address – no problem at all. Just keep in mind that if you decide to go with this option, we will require extra identification documents from you. It's all about ensuring your security and peace of mind.
Now, when it comes to using V12 finance, we do have a slight limitation. Unfortunately, we can't extend this option to orders that are being delivered to an alternative address.
Which countries do you ship to ?
We ship internationally to over 50 countries.
When ordering from outside the UK, do I have to pay for taxes and duties ?
Yes, for international orders, there will be additional taxes and duties that will be all displayed at checkout. You won’t have to pay additional fees at the delivery.
What is your return policy ?
Your shopping experience means a lot to us, and that's why we've got your back with our 30-day returns policy. We want you to shop with confidence!
When it comes to returning your jewellery, we kindly ask that it's in its original, unworn condition. We understand that earrings are a bit special, so for hygiene reasons, we can accept returns or exchanges for earrings only if they've remained unworn.
We kindly request that you send back your jewellery with the original tag still attached, or make sure it's included in your parcel. Just to let you know, there are a couple of things we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been engraved
- Bespoke and special orders
Just a quick heads-up, if you're returning any piece of jewellery, it's important to insure it during its journey back to us. While it's in transit, we can't take responsibility for any losses that might occur. To make sure everything's safe and sound, most delivery companies can provide you with a quote for guaranteed next-day delivery. They'll simply ask about the parcel's value and the insurance coverage you need.
When it comes to resized items, our operations team will just need to take a quick look at your piece before we can proceed with the return process.
For requesting a return or exchange, it's super simple – just send us an email at help@sacet.com from the email address you used to register, and make sure to include your order details. Once we receive your email, we'll guide you through the return process. Remember, you will have to make your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we confirm your return, please keep in mind that it might take about eight to ten working days for your refund to be processed. The exact time can vary based on the payment method you used.
