Our Craftspeople
At Sacet, it's our craftspeople who bring our vision to life.
Every piece is made in our dedicated workshop in India, by artisans who are masters of their craft. Between them, our team of craftspeople have over 100 years' experience in jewellery making, many with skills that have been passed down from generation to generation. Now they're using their expertise to create beautiful, conscious fine jewellery for you.
Working at Sacet
We entrust the creation of Sacet jewellery to our craftspeople – and we look after our craftspeople in return.
Paying a fair wage that exceeds the industry average is just the start; we also go above and beyond when it comes to benefits. In addition to standard benefits such as a retirement plan, for example, we also offer medical insurance, health and well-being initiatives, paternity leave and a loan facility, as well as a number of holiday celebrations throughout the year. As well as supporting the well-being of our craftspeople, we also want to empower the wider community. So we extend benefits such as health insurance to family members.
