The jewellery industry needs to change – and we're here to change it. At Sacet, we create conscious fine jewellery that benefits our people and our planet.

Our People
There's nobody more important than our craftspeople. That's why we're committed to their well-being, and the welfare of the whole community.
We support our artisans in a number of different ways, from creating a harmonious working environment in our light-filled workshop to offering wages and benefits that go above and beyond the industry average. In addition to all the standard benefits, for example, we also offer medical insurance, health and well-being initiatives, paternity leave and a loan facility. And we foster a sense of belonging through team events and calendar celebrations.
We're looking to develop a free jewellery training program within our workshop in order to support the community as well as sponsoring education projects in the area. also developing our own programme which will offer 45 days' training for up to 10 women at a time.
Our Planet
We're proud to put sustainability at the centre of everything we do. We use recycled metal in all of our jewellery to reduce our impact on the environment, and we've built our workshop on eco-conscious foundations too.
The workshop building is made from fly-ash bricks to save energy and minimise mercury pollution. Solar panels on the roof supply all the energy we need to produce Sacet jewellery, and we're planning to add more panels to generate even more green energy.
You're invited to be a part of it. In addition to planting trees around the workshop, we have also partnered with environmental organisation Ecologi. We'll start by funding 1,000 trees as part of an Ecologi reforestation project, and then plant a tree for every piece of Sacet jewellery you buy.
