In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee, where we will fix your jewellery free of charge.

If you have a question regarding our Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee or if you would like to send your Sacet jewellery in for repair, please contact our customer service team. We will assess your piece and get in touch with you if any charges apply.
