Can I have my ring resized?

We know that it’s not always easy to get the size right first time, so we offer resizing options depending on the type of ring and the complexity of the design. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions.

Engagement rings and diamond rings

If your ring has a plain band (not set with diamonds) we offer complimentary resizing up to two sizes up or down. You’ll need to request this within 30 days of receiving your ring. For any resizing of more than two sizes up or down, we will charge a fee of £69.

If your ring has been set with diamonds or gemstones in the band, it might not be possible to resize it. This also applies to custom-made rings. We’ll assess your ring in the first instance to see if it can be resized, or if it needs to be remade. In both cases, a fee of £69 will apply.

Eternity rings

Full eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized. You can, however, request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your ring. Please contact our team to discuss the options.

Half and three-quarter eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, it might not be possible to resize half and three-quarter eternity rings. We’ll assess your ring in the first instance to see if it can be resized, or if it needs to be remade. The price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of £69.

Wedding rings

If your ring has a plain band (not set with diamonds or gemstones) we offer complimentary resizing up to two sizes up or down. You’ll need to request this within 30 days of receiving your ring. For any resizing of more than two sizes, we will charge a fee of £69. Our team will assess your ring before confirming the cost.

We offer complimentary resizing up to two sizes up or down on custom-made rings, provided that resizing is possible. You’ll need to request this within 30 days of receiving your ring. For any resizing of more than two sizes, we will charge a fee of £69.

After receiving your request, we’ll assess your ring to see if it can be resized, or if it needs to be remade from scratch. The cost will depend on the complexity of the design, and you will be advised of any additional costs before we start the work.
