- Redemption: This Gift card is redeemable only on the Sacet website and Sacet authorized stores.
- Validity: This Gift Card has a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Gift Card Use:
- This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Multiple Gift Cards can be combined in a single order.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Order Cancellation:
- If an order is canceled, the Gift Card amount will be refunded to the source Gift Card, not the user's cashback account.
- Partial Payment:
- The balance amount, if any, after applying the Gift Card discount, must be paid by the customer at checkout.
- If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance can be paid by credit card, debit card, internet banking.
- Taxes:
- Extra VAT may apply to certain products.
- Gift Card Balance:
- If the order value is less than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance will be reflected on the same Gift Card and can be used for future transactions.
- Gift Card Purchase:

- Gift Card Security:
- You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your Gift Card. Sacet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
- PIN Protection:
- Customers are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN or number after receiving the Gift Card. Sacet will not be responsible for misuse due to loss of confidential details and no refunds will be issued.
- Fraudulent Activity:
- Sacet reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards if purchased fraudulently or if beneficiary details are incorrect/insufficient. Funds will be credited back to the original source.
- Password Confidentiality:
- The company purchasing Gift Cards and its customers/beneficiaries shall keep passwords and Gift Card PINs strictly confidential and not disclose them to anyone.
- Terms and Condition Changes:
- Sacet reserves the right to change Gift Card terms and conditions, including extension, withdrawal, or discontinuation, at its sole discretion without notice.
- Order Availability & Returns:
- All orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase and governed by Sacet's standard terms and conditions. Refer to the return policy on the website or contact us for item returns.
- Dispute Jurisdiction:
- All disputes arising from or related to this scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in United Kingdom and Wales only.
- No Fees:
- No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
- Registration:
- To redeem Gift Cards, users must add the value to their Sacet Wallet/User Account. This loading process constitutes user registration.
- Blocking Requests:
- Sacet will only honor requests for blocking Gift Cards from registered users following these terms.
- Data Protection:
- By purchasing or redeeming a Sacet Gift Card, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with Sacet's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement strict security measures to protect your personal information. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. How do I redeem my gift card?
To redeem your gift card, follow these steps:
- Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping bag.
- Click on the shopping bag.
- Click "Check-Out."
- Choose the appropriate delivery option.
- Enter your billing and shipping address.
- Click on "Use Gift Card to check out"
- Enter your gift card number in the "Use Gift Card to check out"
- If you have already added a gift card please use "Select an existing gift card code"
- Click on "Apply Gift card"
- Proceed to checkout
