When can I expect my order?
All our products are custom made to your specification and it takes two to three weeks to deliver directly from the craftspeople to your door. For your peace of mind, all our products are sent fully insured via a tracked service (with a signature required).
What if my order doesn't arrive within three weeks?
We’re sorry! If your jewellery hasn’t arrived within three weeks, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I need to update/cancel my order?
Simply email us from your registered email address with your order details and we’ll call you to process the change or cancellation.
Do you ship outside the UK ?
Yes, we ship internationally to over 100+ countries.
Is there a shipping cost?
We offer free delivery for all UK orders.
For international orders, delivery is free for all orders over £500.
Delivering to an alternative address
If for any reason you wish to have your product delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, we require the following information from you:
- A copy of the card holder’s photo ID - passport or driving license is recommended.
- A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement - dated from the last 3 months, in order for us to verify your billing address.
- VAT is eligible for all shipments inside the EU. If you are located outside of the EU territory or in a country which is exempt of VAT, simply contact our Customer Care Team +44 (0) 20 7660 1529 so they can help you place your order over the telephone.
Click & Collect
Along with our home delivery service, we now offer a free click and collect service from your nearest partner store. If you would like to take advantage of this service, select the option during checkout or speak to one of our advisors.
Regarding store collection, any item purchased has to be collected within 90 days of reception at the store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.
