The first stage of the bespoke process is simple. Jot down your dream jewellery designs and detail how you want your piece to look. For us, collaborating with our customers at this stage is the most rewarding part of what we do. Our goal is to make your dreams come to life as spectacularly as possible. Whether your ideas are detailed or not, we’ll align our vision to yours.
Review the CAD
Once we’ve understood your idea, our experts will get to work building and designing a CAD. A CAD is a 3D, computerised design, allowing you to view your future piece with all the dazzling clarity of a flawless diamond. This design is created entirely from your imagination, ensuring that we get as close to your vision as possible. Once you’re happy with the CAD, we can get to work on the next stage.
Handcrafting
Using sustainable, recycled metals and exquisite lab-grown diamonds, we’ll start bringing your vision to life. The artisans in our team are unwaveringly meticulous and ensure that every last detail of this stage reaches perfection. Every piece we create receives the same amount of attention, detail and passion as any other.
Delivery to your door
When your creation is complete, our crafting team is required to give their approval for dispatch. This is a crucial part of the process and ensures that we always reach those high standards for quality. When we’re happy with your piece we’ll send your design straight to your door in safe and secure packaging. Seeing your piece in the flesh is one of those truly unforgettable moments.
